In accordance with regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued two consecutive incidental harassment authorizations (IHAs) to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for authorization to take marine mammals incidental to Year 1 and Year 2 of the Bonneville Lock 1 Bridge Replacement Project (BLBR Project) on the Columbia River in Oregon.
